Solairus Aviation is looking for a full-time Flight Attendant for a large-cabin jet based at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Most flights are business, domestic, and scheduled in advance. However, international and non-business flights occur approximately once per quarter. The one-year average history for this account includes 300 flight hours, zero "pop-up" trips, 11 days worked, 9 overnights, and one weekend.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a long-term mindset and strong attention to detail. Culinary experience and a passion for food are essential, with advanced culinary training strongly preferred. A background in customer service is required, with formal hospitality training preferred. Candidates must have at least three years of experience as a private jet flight attendant, with large-cabin aircraft experience strongly preferred.
This role involves providing exceptional personal service to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flight. Responsibilities include interacting professionally with passengers, explaining the use of safety equipment, planning meals, serving food and beverages, creating and updating passenger profiles, maintaining an aircraft-specific cabin familiarization manual, and managing the purchase and restocking of aircraft supplies. Additionally, when at home base, the flight attendant will be responsible for managing bedding, linens, and aircraft back-stock, as well as organizing and maintaining a semi-private kitchen and passenger lounge.
